About Us
Thank you for taking time to visit our online shop. We have many years of experience in selling old-fashioned and traditional sweets. We are a family run business and pride ourselves in giving excellent customer service with a personal touch.
We want everyone to be able to experience the taste of our products without having to travel miles to do so. We search out only the best manufacturers to ensure that we are offering first-class products.

We use only reputable manufacturers to ensure that you are getting a first-class product. All of our products are hygienically packaged. To enjoy them at their best, we recommend that they be consumed within three months of purchase and stored in a cool dry place away from strong sunlight and odours.

We have chosen Nochex as our preferred secure payment system for Debit / Credit Card payments. To pay, click on the ‘Checkout’ box on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, select the Delivery Method, complete your address details, read the ‘Payment & Postal Terms’ and tick to accept. You can then select your payment method and complete your order. We take on-line security very seriously. Please note that you may be asked to answer some additional security questions when paying by Credit / Debit Card if your bank is participating in the latest anti-fraud scheme. Post & Package: Here at Sweet Things Direct we charge only appropriate post & package rates. For example, delivery rates for the UK start at just £1.60 with the maximum charge for UK orders up to 25kgs being just £5.99.
